 Currently using Micro-Fidelio Material Control for making of all related Procurement documents i.e., Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders, Cash/Credit Memorandum Invoices, and other different types of reports.    
 Ensure procurement of different articles requested by (
Food, Engineering & IT departments) from the local market based on approved requisitions.    
  Participate in the purchasing of Different food festival.    
 Ensure that all formalities for the variance have been completed before placing the final order.   
 Ensure that all purchases conform to the required standard of quality and are procured at the most competitive prices in the stipulated time within the budgeted price. Closely watch the market price trend and manage accordingly.   
 Negotiation and bargaining with the suppliers and arrange the return of sub-standard and rejected materials.   
 Ensure timely delivery with closely follows up with the supplier.   
 Arrange critical purchases on a priority basis for the smooth running of the operation. Periodic review of the existing facilities & suggests any improvement in the better performance of the purchase area.    
 Conduct regular market surveys and meetings with new sources of Purchasing to understand the current market trends and explore the new location of purchasing and availability of quality material for cost-effective purchasing without compromising on quality standards.    
 Regular studies of market intelligence to enable effective purchasing decisions by meeting with a supplier, reading newspapers and the internet, and closely watching the market price trend and manage accordingly.    
 Regular meetings with end-users to understand their needs, future projects, resolving issues & responding to queries.   
 Regular monitoring of stock purchase requisition liaison with store dept. to ensure that inventory levels are within budgeted targets.   
 Learning about Product Details  

I am responsible for receiving merchandise for their store; pricing and displaying their product in an appealing and fashionable manner.
Determining the physical attributes of products to purchase and what merchandise to purchase, performing inventory, training staff on how to manage cash and credit card transactions, handling returns and refunds, dealing with customer complaints.
I am also adhering and enforce dress codes if any, maintain store cleanliness and order, oversee maintenance and up-keep of the store, and contact maintenance and other services such as cleaning, and repair services as needed.
Inspect the materials received from suppliers with respect to PR, quality & quantity.
To ensure the proper tagging of identification slip and bin cards on each item.
Prepare Monthly & Annually Material consumption & requirement reports.
To maintain the Store Inventory Level in view of monthly consumption.
Supervise store labors and getting results through efficient & effective way.
Maintaining Stock Report for Consumables and Packing material
Doing stores issues for the stocks issuing to the production.
Job work transactions (Sending and taking receipt of job work material)
