Overseeing and local receiving, RM& FG warehousing, and distribution operations. Implementing operational policies and procedures.Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.Ensuring the safety of staff. Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization. Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system on SAP. Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics. Manage all company vehicle with managing drivers, vehicle maintenance, negotiating with suppliers, route planning, asset utilization, managing fuel costs, overseeing fuel consumption, and also boosting company productivity.Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles. Responsible for managing all operations related to FG&RM Warehouses.
Handling the inventory dispatches all over Pakistan from National warehouse (approximately 400000 Sft). Delivery of units against the sale & replacement orders at a given time.
Manage Warehouse operation on ORACLE software. To maintain stores according to the documented procedure of IMS.
To keep physical stock according to the computer system reports and bin cards. To monitor the daily / receipts and delivery / issuance status of stocks. To renovate discrepancies/errors found during validation/reconciliation of stock on daily basis.
Responsible for reconciliation with ORACLE reports and making necessary arrangements for monthly internal audits. Arrange the vehicles against sales orders through the transporter.
Manage the storage, distribution & logistical functions related to order deliveries. Manage agreements related to contractual workers/ transporters and WH,s. Making reports as a requirement of Head Office & SOP.
Proper recording of delivery & receiving of units.
To adhere to all SOPs related to warehouse operations and implement GWP across warehouses. Fully control to prevent units from any damage.

Manage the FG & SP storage, distribution, and logistical functions related to order deliveries to the customer/clients.
Manage warehouse operation on SAP Software. Arrange the vehicle against Sales and Replacement Orders through the transporter.
Manage and supervise and participate in warehouse activity. Brief staff on materials to be loaded or on assembly of items to be delivered.
Review paperwork from deliveries to determine if additional work requirements will occur.
