Responsible for maintaining the accounting records for the Company as per IFRS and other regulatory laws and management reports or information’s.
To supervise and maintain an efficient financial accounting function.
Working Capital Management, finding out the best utilization of entity funds.
Prepare Management Accounts, Financials, and Management Information Reports of operating & admin expenses.
Proof reconciliation of PO, invoices, deliveries for prompt and accurate payment.
Scrutinize the invoice received from local and foreign suppliers and, if found, in accordance with the purchase order, organize payment on due date to avoid any delay in meeting the company\\'s liability.
Cash flow management and arrange payments to vendors as per credit period policy.
Taking follow up of deliveries against advance payments.
Maintain regular contact with vendors to resolve discrepancies and payment process issues.
Preparation and disbursement of monthly staff payroll by compiling employee’s time and payroll data from timesheets and other records through SAP.
Record employee information, such as overtime, vacation advances and resignations in order to maintain and update payroll records.
Prepare and issue employee salary slips and statements of earnings and deductions.
Provident Fund book keeping & record keeping and preparation of Provident Fund Final Accounts.
Checking of weekly and monthly bank reconciliation statements.
Handling project perdiems.
Checking and reconciliation of company petty cash/imprest account.
Reporting to management regarding investment along with recording and evaluation.
Checking invoices / trail of asset acquisition and maintain fixed asset register.
Co-ordinate with insurance companies for insurance of companies assets and precede the claims.
Assist in providing support, information and answers for area of responsibility as needed for external and internal auditors.
