• Design digital marketing campaigns to effectively promote new products and services
• Hands-on creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads)
• Leverage the right tools to manage content publishing on a regular basis
• Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
• Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)
• Oversee design of social media graphics for Facebook cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, blog, etc.
• Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with company’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels
• Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
• Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)

• Create company literature and other forms of internal and external communication
• Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic
• Edit, proofread, and revise communications
• Design and launch email marketing campaigns

• Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references
• Coordinate conference, trade shows, and press interviews

Work on new business proposals and presentations which persuasively represent the organization’s products/services
• Assist the organization’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition
• Coordinating with company clients and technical team for arranging and conducting data review
• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, coordinating business generation activities, and developing customized targeted sales strategies
• Building business relationships with current and potential clients
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support, answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions, responding to client requests for proposals (RFP\'s)
• Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts

• Prioritizing technology support for the franchise, maintaining a strong focus on the delivery of high quality customer services through O&T processes
• Exploring and developing key themes within O&T such as re-engineering, and digitization of processes
• Maintain compliance to Citibank work guidelines
• Proactively escalate all O&T issues timely and competently through the drafting, implementation, and tracking of relevant Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)
