-Elicit requirements for ERP-implementation of Core Insurance domain using document analysis from different Operating departments, requirements workshops, surveys, Walk through Session, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, surveys, questionnaires, client feedback, and brainstorming.
-Collaborating between the functional business managers/users and the technical/IT teams for the implementation of automated systems for new or modified business processes and IT capabilities to support the business.
-Deliver clear complete and usable documentation that the users can validate to support the sign off process and is serviceable for the technical project members to deliver the solution.
-Proactively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders to analyze business needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Business Requirements, Stakeholder Requirements, and Solution Requirements (Both Functional and Non-Functional) and Transition Requirements.
-Ensure and Provide project level analysis - producing and reviewing required business analysis documentation (functional requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan, QA plan)
-Provide documentation i.e. GAP Analysis, Requirement Specification with Use Cases, Workflow Diagrams also assist development teams with User Interface and Interaction Designs.
-Excellent knowledge of industry standard methodologies like Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Iterative Software Development Life Cycle Process.
-Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade offs between usability and performance needs of Insurance IT.

•Proficient in all phases of Requirement Management, including gathering, analyzing, detailing and tracking requirements.
•Experienced in documenting requirement using Unified Modeling Language (Use Case and Activity Diagrams) also building business Process Flow Charts using tools such as Visio and Rose.
•Skilled at reviewing test cases making sure they are in accordance with requirements, and assist the overall testing process by activities such as Change and Defect Management and conducting User Acceptance Testing.
•Strong understanding of various SDLC methodologies such as RUP, Waterfall and Agile with hands on experience in all of them.
•Excellent communication skills and adept at facilitating walk through and training sessions.
•Involved in Feasibility and Risk Analysis to identify the business critical and high-risk areas of the application.
•Extensively experienced for organizing and documenting requirements, preparing use cases, writing business documents and reports in Pre- Testing phase.
•Prepared use case documents and utilized MS Visio to create UML diagrams including use case, activity and class diagrams to extract business process flows and workflows, thereby assisting development and quality assurance teams in understanding the requirements.
•Participated in JAD sessions for requirement, feasibility and risk analysis with various stakeholders, including designers, developers, QA and management to identify critical and high risk areas of the application.

•Responsible for signing credit limits of credit cards, Cash line, and Personal loans after complete analysis of financials, scoring, profile and credit histories.
•Ensure that loan is approved based on risk acceptance criteria set by Credit Policy, ensuring compliance with local laws and prudential regulations of central bank.
•To review of credit reports for debt burden, score, rating, and credit history of existing loans.Check through internal systems that customer’s existing relationship with the bank is satisfactory.
•Ensure that residence and business verification reports are satisfactory and are available with the file.
•Verify that security and legal documents are available as per requirement at the time of disbursement of loan.
•Ensure compliance with laid down service and quality measures and turnaround time (TAT).
•To check that loans are sanctioned as per Audit and compliance requirements.
Share MIS of approved and declined cases with higher management.
•Coordinate with credit policy team for policy related queries and feedback of portfolio performance.
•Provide feedback for policies & procedures improvements.
•Coordinate with external agencies and verification management for authentic and timely verifications.
•Segregating the credit card applications qualifying for the credit facility in compliance with the stipulated credit policies based on the approved credit program.
