Contribute to the creation of a small number of CBT-related initiatives, plans, and procedures while assuring compliance with more general CBT policies and recommendations.
Coordinate more closely with other UN agencies, INGO/NGO, and funders by co-leading the external Cash Working Group (CWG) and the CBT working group.
Development, design, and upgrading of the interventions implemented in our SCOPE beneficiary information and transfer management platform to improve planning and timely CBT project delivery.
Take the helm and oversee the planning, approval, and distribution.
Be sure to follow and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Communicate with colleagues internally to guarantee efficient collaboration and keep track of ongoing tasks.
Perform oversight missions to keep an eye on the CBT procedures in order to make decisions.
Assist in developing the ability of WFP employees, partners, and national governments to anticipate and respond to food aid needs, for instance through supporting learning initiatives through project management.
Help CO prepare for emergencies and respond to requirements by helping with early warning systems, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
To make sure CBT operations adhere to corporate policy, collaborate with the protection and beneficiary accountability unit.
Ensure that the Monthly CBT Distribution Plans and the timely tracking of the expenditure of the contributions are completed.
Assist in carrying out CBT-related activities that are subject to the proper monitoring and taking recommendations into account to guide choices and make necessary changes.
Ensure that the Complaint Feedback Mechanism (CFM) is functioning effectively and that the grievances received from the beneficiaries are taken into account.
In accordance with the new Country Strategic Plan 2023–2027, support the efforts to strengthen capacity for Social Protection and conduct emergency operations.
Oversee social protection-related activities that successfully address food security, nutritional needs, and/or respond to large shocks (such as shock responsive and adaptive social protection), and assist in advocacy efforts for the enhancement of national social protection systems and policies.

Facilitate Farmer Field School sessions with at least 4 groups.
Support leaders of farmer groups to become experts in specific topics.
Complete monitoring forms and report to FFS director.
Identify and make contact with local market-chain stakeholders.
Facilitate participatory market chain meetings between local stakeholders.
Identify the need for additional assistance, and call on directors for the appropriate resources.

Support the implementation of all activities under the livelihoods portfolio as guided by the program manager, and in line with livelihoods technical tools.
Support the FSL team in establishing and maintaining community coordination mechanisms by identifying key community leaders and other relevant stakeholders such as CSOs, women, and smallholder farmers.
Arrange distribution points and prepare distribution lists


Support the Agri-Input interventions process, and coordinate with beneficiaries and CSOs to ensure efficient, accountable, and timely distribution
Collaborate with project implementers in field activities such as community mobilization and sensitization, identification of beneficiaries, implementation of disbursements and distributions, and monitoring activities as required.


Maintain up-to-date tracking and accurate data of the beneficiaries. Coordinate with the Information Management (IM) team to maintain up-to-date and accurate beneficiary data in the HANDS Portal.

 

Facilitate FSL officer in regular/need base coordination meetings with relevant stakeholder’s livestock and agriculture department and other humanitarian national and international NGOs and INGOs working in Hyderabad for project communication & representation.
Formation of farmer groups and poultry groups with the consultation of the FSL team.
Conduct technical/social feasibility for FSL activities and verification of beneficiaries
Identification of beneficiaries in consultation with the mobilizations team and community structures, according to set criteria for livelihoods activities.
Distribution of multiple packages i.e. Agri-inputs, cash grants, and poultry cages to poultry entrepreneurs
Identification of beneficiaries for success stories & support media in documentary development.
Document in a timely manner, all progress, challenges, and learning for future implementation of similar projects and accountability.

Community sensitization on the program objectives and methods to stimulate & eventually promote the understanding and participation of the target population. Community sensitization starts at village- and Community-leader levels and eventually extends to the entire population.
To facilitate community mobilization, meetings, and training during community-led FSL activities;
To organize and train community volunteers;                                  
To work closely with FSL Field Officers to follow up on the implementation of planned organizational development and behavioral change community activities;
To collect the information required during assessments and surveys;
Arrangements and participation in KG kits distribution and maintaining data in both hard and soft
Distribute seeds for kitchen gardens to female beneficiaries

Facilitating partner communities and organizations to Identify the target business & population for program interventions.
Facilitate communities to enhance alternate sources of income.
To train communities on Business cycle, Marketing, and business skills
Ensure women’s participation, focusing primarily on the poor, at all levels of decision-making including identification, planning/ designing, implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and evaluating of project activities
Ensuring that partner communities are actively and inclusively involved in making Micro Investment Plans (MIPs) at the individual, CO, and village levels for economic self-reliance.
Identifying new businesses in the selected union councils of the project area and preparing value chains, Business Plans, and feasibility reports for each business.
