Collect, scan and upload documents following set procedures
Ensure all technical documents, such as reports, drawings and blueprints, are collected and registered in system
Use SmartSolve Document Management for everyday operations, maintenance and quality control Notify personnel of updated document versions and how to access them
Print and distribute documents as necessary
Work with documents and records across various departments, including human resources, marketing and construction
Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc.
Take minutes of meetings and dictations
Assist in office management and organization procedures
Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages
Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events
Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers.Place outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and persuade potential customers to complete and submit an application.Answer questions about the product details, the company, and issues with account for the customers.Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with website and escalate any issues to management appropriately.Perform basic account maintenance activities.Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.
