• Formulating overall aims and objectives for the school and policies for their implementation
• Working with governors and senior colleagues to deploy staff effectively and recruit new staff

Facilitate Teachers in conducting co-curricular activities in project target schools.
Arrange Bi-monthly hygiene session with children and parents in project target schools.
Take snap shot of field activities & ensure proper record keeping of program activities.
Submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly report to Project Manager.
Developing monthly work plan based on priority challenges/issues.
Monthly data collection on students’ progress.
Conducting professional TNA for ALP teachers.
Ensuring collection of all type of data required for the project activities.
