An enthusiastic Young human activist and a Feminist, an advocate of Women’s rights, who enjoys challenges & quickly grasp new ideas, want to work in a challenging & conducive environment that offers the opportunity for her self-development, struggling to gain the basic rights for women, children, and transgender through proper jurisdiction way in Pakistan (especially), urge to work to promote women’s strength in a way so that they can raise their voices against all sorts of social violence, wish to increase women employment in Armed Forces of Pakistan such as ISPR, And other governmental organizations to promote women empowerment in political, social and public workplaces & career growth.

Research Internship Fellowship Program under the guidance of Ms. Farhat Asif, President IPDS from 18
January 2021 to 20th February 2021 under the IPDS ‘s program on Centre for Women Peace and
Leadership.
During her internship, Ms. Irta was assigned with different research and report writing assignments. She
assisted the President IPDS in various research projects with extraordinary dedication. Her dedication
towards her subject area is commendable and her communications, writing, and editing skills are notable
and she proved herself as a Research Assistant.
It was a pleasure having her with us in this short period. We found her extremely inquisitive and
