• Keep close follow-up of ordered material and issue reminders of outstanding deliveries to suppliers.
• Ensuring deliveries within time committed to the clients.
• Liaising with bank for establishing L/C, Contract on collection basis, CAD or TT through EIF for purchase orders issued in favor of foreign Principals/Suppliers.
• Meeting with vendors/suppliers as well as clients.
• Preparing technical reports for the client queries.
• Leading teams including purchase and sales.
• Coordinate with finance for payment process.

Major Job Responsibilities:
• Rectification of all AC/DC Power issues at Mobilink MSC Islamabad.
• Trouble free operation of machinery through Preventive/Corrective maintenance.
• Leading all Technical Teams including Electrical, Mechanical, Air Conditioning, UPS and Rectifier experts for smooth operation of system.
• Supervising the installation and maintenance of Gensets (Perkins 500,800, 1000, 1250) KVA, Rectifier (Delta, Emerson, Power One), UPS (Chloride, Emerson, MGE, APC), Air Cons (STULZ, Splits) ATS, AC/DC PDU’s, FFS, Battery Banks.
• Calculation of Electrical Loads for new installations, Cable Schedule/Sizing , Grounding and Protection System Design and testing for different equipment in telecom sector.
• Reporting Issues and directly correspondence with client, also submit technical reports on need basis for critical issues.
• Providing different Power solutions to the client in case of emergency.

Working on Rectifier:
• Diagnose and Rectification of faults within Rectifier (Delta, Emerson, Power One) rating 17KW to 144KW.
• Quarterly performing Preventive maintenance for smooth operation of Rectifier as well as Corrective maintenance on need basis.
• Designing of rectifier and DC PDU’s according to the requirement.
• Creating redundancy plan for different Telecom equipment.
• Performing different activities related to DC power during Mobilink swap project.
