Responsibilities
Ensure smooth and continuous functioning of the Power Plant.
Responsible for Data Logging all the parameters of engines Besides that I had to take a round of the Engine hall and look for all the auxiliary plant equipment like Pumps. Monitored operations and reported on issues for quick troubleshooting.
Checked Engine oil level, took samples of lube oil and coolants, and refilled oil into the oil sump of engines.
Checked Cooling Tower water level, Overhead Water Tank level, and radiators functioning.
Switched on and off engines as per the required activity.
Kept plant areas clean and ready for inspections to maintain high audit scores.
