Develop and maintain HR strategy within organization.

Job analysis and design job description.
Conduct employees orientation and Schedule and organized interviews & exist interview.
Develop On boarding Plan for employees.
Maintain & update all employees personal files.
Separations (Resigns & Retirement Letters, clearance of employees from departments, final settlement letters, Closer of files).
Manpower requisition forms received from the concerned department and responsible for staff sourcing against the requisition.
Administering compensation & benefits plans.
Review and analyze current payroll, benefits in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operations.
Ensure the management that all types of leaves and schemes are completed effectively.
Employees Motivation
Verification and adaption of leaves & absent, overtime, deduction of mess, fines, advance, loan and incentives on monthly basis.
Prepare Social Security, EOBI contribution reports.
Maintain Fringe benefits of employees like (Medical, Provident fund etc.)
Deal with employees requests regarding human resources issues, rules & regulations.
Process employees pension cases.
Communicate with different government agencies such as Social Security, E.O.B.I, Labour department.
Processed final settlement & loan applications.
Any other job assigned by the senior management.
