<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <p>Looking after the whole IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Servers, ERP software development / maintenance).</p> <p>Make sure that the smooth running of network, mail, internet, company web site etc. Coordinate with vendors for timely completion of IT related projects and assignments.</p> <p>Ensure safe custody of all sorts of MIS hardware / software / business critical and confidential data and make sure that backup of software code, databases is maintained properly and backup hardware is ready and available all the times.</p> <p>Designing of Information systems solutions to align the IT goals with Corporate Business needs. </p> <p>Overseeing the implementation of a new system by covering all project phases from Design, development, testing to implementation.</p> <p>Prepare, review and ensure the implementation of IT policy in line with the Company IT policy & Disaster recovery plans.</p> <p>Ensure availability of optimal support to the employees to enable them to use Information Technology in delivering their roles, Troubleshoots software application and technical issues. Upgrade and modifies existing applications to meet changing requirements.</p> <ul> <li>Manage the IT function on a day-to-day operational basis.Established and managed a local area Network from 0 to 75 computers.</li> <li>Responsible for IT hardware, software and maintenance procurement. </li> <li>Ensure the networking in all locations be fully functional and Suitable as per required Security Measures.Uptime of applications and hardware (Network, ERP Modules, Mail servers, Domain Servers Database Servers etc</li> </ul>
