I am highly motivated development professional with an experience of over 13 years in development sector. My major areas of expertise are in the field of a. Rural Development, b. Climate Change & Disaster Risk Reduction c. Capacity Development d. Youth Development e. Humanitarian Assistance. For achieving this experience, I had worked with well reputed national and international development agencies. Furthermore, currently I am representing my current company as Technical Advisor where I am dealing humanitarian and psychosocial support related projects for vulnerable communities of refugees and host population.
In my current project, our major interventions are focused on different interventions related to Organizational Development and Capacity development, Trainings on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support to refugees and host communities, Interventions focusing on mental and social wellbeing of affected communities, Human Resource Development trainings. Furthermore, I had also worked with communities in assisting my organization in Monitoring Evaluation and Research of various socio-economic projects, Technical and Vocational Education and Trainings and Youth Development Projects and Climate Change Adaptation and disaster risk reduction. Currently as special task, I am focal person from my project representing my organization in dealing different stakeholders for our interventions on flood response in KPK.
I am also acknowledged for being resourceful and adaptable and self-directed with the ability to handle even most challenging situations as a result of my behavioral and communication skills and organizational capabilities. I am also a hands-on managers and critical thinkers who can quickly learn and apply new systems regarding capacity building initiatives.

Technical Advisor Conflict And Resilience
A. ResponsibilitiesThe Technical Advisor is responsible for § Assisting the management with general project planning and implementation (quality management, monitoring, communication and documentation)§ Supporting the management, implementing partners and external consultants in anchoring social services for both target groups (Afghan refugees and host communities)§ Knowledge sharing within the team about project management processes (planning, implementation and reporting) and tools of GIZ and Development Cooperation § Exchange with other projects and other stakeholders working in the field of Afghan refugees and host communities B. Tasks 1. Increase Climate Change resilience of vulnerable groups § Steering community-based projects to cover psychosocial needs of young people and women in the context of displacement and migration in close cooperation with the implementing partners§ Advising on and steering the partner and projects in line with the project targets§ Establishing in close cooperation with the Technical Advisor M&E a quality assurance system that depict the behavioural changes of the target groups during the project duration and includes collection of examples § Supporting cooperation and regular dialogue on community and provincial level jointly with the partners§ Cooperating with relevant organization, non-governmental agencies and individuals on the project environment and with other projects to improve and maintain good and trusty working relationships§ Supporting with PR and communication related activities2. Regional Technical Advisor Competency Based Training&Assessments and HRD
- Focal point for Human Resource Development, Trainings and Assessments
- Support program team to plan and development new qualifications, trainings modules and curricula’s
- Supporting implementation of trainings and assessments on selected economic sectors
- Technical support to counterparts and program team in preparing and implementing Training Need Assessments and Skill Gap Analysis of TVET institutes
- Preparation and execution of tracer studies, impact assessments and audio video documentaries of success stories.
- Implementation of Digitized M&E system in GB
- Support the team in preparing monitoring formats, reports, quality management, communication and other documentations
- Support counterparts and program in establishment and functionalization of Carrier Counselling and Job Placement Centres at regional level.
- Support in implementation of CBT programs and RPL rollout all across Gilgit Baltistan
- Facilitate regular dialogues, workshops and networking events to boost public private partnerships
- Plan and facilitate capacity development sessions
- Support program heads in operational planning pertaining to the region
- Establishment of relevant forums, committees, working groups etc for project execution.
- Field Facilitation of Donors and Partners in project areas
Regional Capacity Development Advisor
- Constant interphase management between the project on provincial level and national level and the Education Department for implementation support (create impact and outcome level), consolidation and aligning the project activities with the annual fiscal budgeting and planning process of the provincial government
- Support the establishment of the TVET Directorate of Gilgit Baltistan, GB TVET act 2016, adopt national apprenticeship act
- Support counterparts in organizational capacity assessments and training need assessments
- Support counterparts in developing and implementing Human Resource Development Plans/strategies
- Develop the PC1 for Recognition of Prior Learning Schemes and Modernize Apprenticeship Schemes and liaison with TVET Cell and NAVTTC during approval process.
- Coordination with stakeholders for implementation of project activities
Skill Development Officer
- Deputize and co-management to the Manager Enterprise and Market Development Management Support in preparing business development activities, fact finding missions, searching and pre-selection of experts, develop business concepts for existing and start-up Micro Small and Medium Enterprise and support local entrepreneurs in market-linkage
- Prepare and implement tailored made skill development training programs for rural communities prone to climate induced natural hazzards
- Developed 5 years Skills development plans for Union Counsels in Chitral together with local support organizations (NGOs)
- Conduct capacity needs assessment, design, budgeting, implementation and monitoring, transfer-evaluation of complex human resource programs
- Designed and conducted demand based customized non-formal vocational training (7 days up to 4 weeks) for unemployed youth in Chitral
- Implementation of Community Based Skill Development Program, Community Based Service Providers Support Program, Community Based Professional Development Program and Community Based Entrepreneurship Development Program for poor, vulnerable and destitute segments of the communities
- Conduct training raining on entrepreneurship and interpersonal skills, coaching (performance and mind-set coaching)
- Conduct training of TVET Service Providers on management skills and various themes of soft skills

Monitoring Evaluation and Research Officer
- Part of a Clamate Change Adaptation research team funded by ICIMOD and InVent.
Conducted Impact Assessment / Socio-Economic Analysis and case studies of different intervention under the research project Clamate Change Adaptation
- Identify local partners to contract out appropriate projects and assignments for resource development
- Assisting the M & E manager in preparation of progress monitoring reports of AKRSP and its Projects.
- Assisting the Local Support Organization established in Chitral and other potential in future, proposals for Projects of AKRSP, Chitral.
- Supervision of socio-economic surveys or any other research related to climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction activity carried out at regional level.
- Supported local government in developing strategy for early warning system in flood prone valleys of Chitral
- Designed and implment different interventions for relief operations, reseliance building, coping strategies to climate induced natural hazzards ,floods and droughts.
