Previously, I am working on the Rehabilitation of flood-affected populations through Livelihoods, Climate Resilience, and DRR strengthening in District Dera Ghazi Khan, Punjab funded by WFP and Implemented by Qatar Charity.
In this job firstly we can provide UCs by WFP and then go into these UCs for VDMCs (Village Disaster Management Committee) formation.
First of all, Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with flood-affected communities in District DG Khan, Punjab, and facilitate their active participation in the project activities. Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the specific needs and priorities of the flood-affected populations in terms of livelihoods, climate resilience, and DRR. Project Planning: Collaborate with the project team to develop detailed implementation plans, including the identification of beneficiaries, timeline, and allocation of resources. Livelihood Support: Facilitate the establishment and enhancement of income-generating activities and livelihood opportunities for the affected populations, ensuring their sustainability and resilience to climate change impacts. Capacity Building: Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns on climate resilience, disaster risk reduction, and relevant skills development to empower community members. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, documents, and project reports, ensuring compliance with Qatar Charity\\\\\\\'s policies and donor requirements. Gender and Social Inclusion: Ensure that gender and social inclusion considerations are mainstreamed throughout project activities, promoting equality and inclusivity. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other project staff, including field officers, technical experts, and volunteers, to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of project objectives. I learned that skills during the job are project management, PR Campaign Management, Capacity building, conflict management, team building, report writing, Data analysis, and learning more about social issues Like disability education. Documentation, reporting skills as well as solid liaison with the government department.

Currently I am working on Cash based transfer FFA intervention for recovery of livelihood and capacity building to the flood affected communities of Dera Ghazi Khan funded by WFP and Implement by Qatar Charity.In this job firstly we can provide UCs by WFP and then going in this UCs for VDC (Village Decision Committe) formation.First of all, we should do need based assessment of villages. After the need assessment selected priorities of villages. After selected villages, we should select the activities and according to the work norms take beneficiaries. Afte this validates the beneficiary. After this process the conditional work starts. After the works of 12 days cash disbursed to the actual beneficiary. After this data is submitted to the office for data pinching. After the validation of this data the beneficiary who has a mobile wallet account money transfer in this account remains beneficiaries\' money disbursement Cash in hand.After first cycle the second cycle payment in transfer after they have working Cash for work in their villages. EVIs (Extremely Vulnerable Individuals) are not participated in cash for work. I had learned that skills during the job are project management, Capacity building, conflict management, team building, report writing and learn more about social issues Iike disability education.Documentation, reporting skills as well as strong liaison with the government department.

WFP Funded Project: Cash Disbursement among most vulnerable floods affected communities in Dera Ghazi Khan 2022. Funded by WFP Implement by Qatar CharityDesign and maintain basic community profiles to determine the number of families, location, type, and number of public resources. Offer first-rate support to the management in creating a social mobilization strategy for donor funded project. Develop and maintain long-term working relations with communities, notables, and local contact persons to administer project activities. Identify, assess, develop and maintain referral system with local NGOs and other service providers.Key Accomplishments
Succeeded in introducing social mobilization process and supporting project communities to organize community organizations (male and female).
Identified and established community groups, village decision community, and members of in targeted area.

Develop and strengthen monitoring, reporting, and evaluation procedures.
Monitor all project activities, and progress towards achieving the project output.
Provide feedback to the Project Manager on project strategies and activities;
Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly, on all project activities to the project management team.
Assisting the Project Manager in preparing relevant reports.
Designing and managing beneficiary monitoring and database systems.
Knowledge of the major evaluation methodologies (e.g., qualitative, quantitative, mixed-method, and impact) and data collection and analysis methodologies.
Lead the Baseline data collection exercise at the project initiation in the project area(s).
Conduct regular field visits, in coordination with field staff, to assess project impact and collect feedback from beneficiaries.
To develop a proper follow-up mechanism of Agreed action as per field visit Feedback
Random visit to the field to assess if the beneficiary selection fulfills the criteria established.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and Field visit reports in light of field visit findings.
Leads in establishing effective monitoring, information, and reporting systems and in the development of communication materials and strategies to promote community participation.
Ensure that all the procedures at the project site are according to the set criteria by BCI and SWRDO.
Data analysis of collected data from the field and maintaining the chain of cash disbursement in each cycle.
Monitoring visits (using Spot Check/Data Verification and Validation forms) to ensure that data is shared from the field.
Provide technical support to the field teams in beneficiary assessments.
Conduct regular monitoring of the locations where program activities are being implemented on the ground and document process and program monitoring.

Created, compiled, and maintained training modules, materials, field visit/demonstration, and technical reports of registered cotton growers to review impact of the activities to apply IPM on a regular basis. Generated and maintained various documentation and trainings record at the farm and producer unit level. Held full accountability for producing, verifying, and submitting result indicator report for registered farmers. Rendered keen eye for details to administer various stakeholders and submit unexpected assignment set by the line manager.
Key Accomplishments

Facilitated the shadow self-assessment, credibility checks by IP & BCI, and third party verifications process.
Achieved bottom-line results by creating, implementing, and submitting IMP strategy and plans of better cotton standard system for the producer unit.
Ensured mobilization of the field facilitator on child labor, women empowerment, IPM, decent work, water stewardship, soil health, and biodiversity management.
Set a benchmark of excellence by facilitating the farming community regarding better cotton production.
