Disseminating information through telephone, websites, mail services, and e-mail.
Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files and managing projects.
Answering telephone, direct, screen calls, taking, and relaying messages.
Maintaining and devising office systems, including filing, data management etc.
Providing information to callers, greeting persons entering the organization, and directing individuals to the correct destination.

Updating appointment calendars, creating travel vouchers, performing word processing, basic bookkeeping, and filing.
Training new employee regarding the office clerical duties, when needed.
Helping the receptionists, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
Training other co-workers in the office to perform work well by utilizing computer applications and maintain the effectiveness of the office practices and procedures.
Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.
Protecting and Guarding premises owned or rented spaces, vehicles, and personnel ensuring safety and security based on security protocols and guidelines. As a cleaner, he will also ensure cleanness of the office kitchen, rooms, bathrooms, furniture and overall office compound.
Main Responsibilities as Watchman Cum Cleaner
Reception and authorization of visitors in premises, keeping a log of their presence ;
Conduct routine patrols especially at night time, to make sure that all security measures are in place and there is no trespassing;
Guide vehicles coming in or out of the premises;
Conduct perimeter surveillance and report to the Base Log/Admin any suspicious/threating activities;
Handles and maintain the tools dedicate to surveillance and guarding tasks (ex. Torch, Cameras);
Making sure that all windows and doors are locked after working hours;
Making sure that lights are switched off in room after office hours;
Report any security incident immediately to the Base Log/Admin i.e. Trespassing/Theft/Aggression);
Make sure that staff and visitors are safe from aggression, Harassment, etc.
-A- -Ensures cleanliness of area/s assigned to (e.g. Pharmacy, rooms, office, toilets, sinks and water access points)
Ensure water availability if required in deputed area for cleanliness or other prospective. - -Disinfect waste bins each time emptied for disposal
Ensuring that each sink has soap available for hand washing
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, kitchen appliances, tools, utensils
Clean the dust on all furniture (desks, shelves …) and any other materials
Report any damage or loss of cleaning material to direct supervisor
Ensure the cleanness of the compound and water the plants
Clean Offices, bathrooms, toilets and other rooms in premises;
Perform and execute disposal of waste that is generated in the office;
