Assalam-o-Alaikum. My Name is Saqlain Ashraf. I have completed my degree in DAE Food Science and Technology from Govt. College of technology Faisalabad in 2016 and continued job with Supply Chain Business solutions (pvt) ltd. I have also completed my internship in dairy industry (1 year) and sugar industry (1 month) during Study period of Food Technology. Now I'm with Shakarganj food Products LTD (Dairy Division) Jaranwala as a Quality Assurance Technician. I have well knowledge about Raw Milk testing and microbiology testing, Microbiology staining solution preparation, Agar preparation, Lab equipment calibration, Process lab activities (Batch Standardization & testing, Semi finished product testing, UHT finished products testing etc), pulp and juices testing, Dairy and juices Microbiology, Raw material inspections (Packaging material, Ingredients, Vegetable Fat analysis, Skim Milk Powder testing etc).
