JOB DESCRIPTION
* Implementation of Corporate Policies
* Sales planning and management, to ensure the achievement of the month targets assigned to the area.
* Identifying new sales channels and their execution
* Achievements of sales Targets, Capturing and Growing Market Share within time.
* Supervising sales teams / individuals at DSR level and maximizing their output,
* To share feedback with top management & principle regarding the market changing trends & suggest where the new products required as per market requirement
* Improve Networks and ensure smooth delivery up to retail level
* Improve and ensure brands availability / visibility
* Managing relationship with distributors as well as trade
* On and off job staff training
* To keep eye on competitors regarding their policies & products.
