Over all Monitoring, Supervision, Support & Facilitation.
Supervise and Support Social Mobilizers (SMs) in creating awareness and educating the community about ongoing activities for Polio eradication and routine immunization in high risk areas.
Identify recruit, train (build capacity of SM\'s on skills effective counselling such as partnership building, planning etc.)
Monitored and supervise the work of Social Mobilizers and Prepared monthly work plan for Social Mobilizers and monitored their activities according to work plan.
Conduct pre campaign, during campaign and post campaign Social Mobilization & Communication activities and Advocacy meeting for Polio eradication.
Reduce Communication gap.
Planning for Still Miss Children after Campaign, and ensure maximum coverage of Miss Children through Social Mobilizers.
Miss children Data entry in Polio info Pak (Management Information System) Software.
Provide Training and Facilitation to Social Mobilizers, Area In charge and Polio Teams.
Identify non-government organizations (NGOs) and civil society organizations (CSOs) who can conduct social mobilization activities at the community level and conduct resource mapping.
Develop partnership with the UC Medical Officers/Agency Surgeon/Supervisors/Health Workers to plan and implement social mobilization/Information Education Communication (IEC) activities for the Polio rounds and routine immunization.
Conduct Tehsil level meetings & events with leaders before each NID/SNID to motivate them.
Meeting with Community Elders, Religious Leaders, other Influential, Health Department and Political Administration for Polio Eradication and other Health related activities EPI etc.
Arrange and participate budgeted activities.
Office Incharge in the absence of DHCSO.
Maintain record and prepare daily, weekly and monthly Report and submit to immediate supervisor.
Post Campaign Monitoring (PCM).
Any other task assigned by UNICEF/CTC.

Provide Facilitation and training to Primary school teachers and volunteer.

One month training at HID office Islamabad from 20th Sep, 2010 till 19th Oct, 2010 on Management, Social Mobilization, Livelihoods Development, Gender, Communication, Community Physical Infrastructure, Monitoring and Evaluation, Situation Analysis, Team Building, Micro Finance, Micro Credit, Accounting, Proposal Writing, Report writing, Community Organization, Village Organization, Local Support Organization, Partner Organization, Introduction of PPAF and its all units and also on other components related to social sector.
5 Months Field Attachment:
3 Months at NRSP Field Unite Isa Khel in Social Mobilization, as a Social Organizer.
Role & Responsibilities:
Organizing local communities and introducing programme packages.
Formation of Community Organization (COs).
Maximum coverage of household and Mobilization for saving of CO members.
Visits of COs and poorest households and weekly reporting of Field Coordinators.
Plan out efficient route design and implement time and motion studies to make our partners perform in profitable manner.
Record keeping of COs.
Planning and allocation of funds for need based CPIs (Community Physical Infrastructure) like lining of water course, street-soling etc.
Identifying and implementation of Training needs Assessment (TNA) for CO members.
Different programmed survey and participated in distribution (like world Food Programme, USAID, NFI, KOMAC.
Assessment of beneficiaries’ house hold and Registration of beneficiaries.
Distribution planning of food items.
