 Conducts regular basis maintenance on the computers in the lab.
 Sets up and shuts down the lab according to work hours.
Supplies reference materials to help users learn how to use particular programs.
 Change’s toner in printers, adds paper and otherwise ensures proper functioning of all 
printers in the lab.
 Managed computer and network for all students and staff.
 Provide technical support for both students and staff.
 Troubleshoot problems with printers, network, mail services and perform routine 
maintenance.
