Conduct dozens of bank’s routine transactions within time limits and established
guidelines (cash checks, accept deposits and loan payments, process withdrawals
etc)
• Balancing, sorting and reconciling re-issuable/sorted, unsorted, soiled and fresh
currency notes before placing in vault at day-end.
• Assess customer needs and introduce new products and services (credit cards,
saving bonds etc)
• Make sales referrals, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and
services
• Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Replenishment of ATM and preparing ATM balancing report at the daily basis.
• Check and monitor the assigned branch operational reports to mitigate operational
risk and help with the branch in attaining satisfactory audit rating.
• Resolve customers’ issues and provide relevant information.
• Safeguard the cash wallet, stationery and ATM, while processing transactions, in
order to maintain security and reduce the banks` exposure to undue risk.
