I am a social scientist, public health professional and project/program management specialist , currently working as Program Manager Health and Nutrition Sindh in an INGO . I am Conducting field visits for monitoring and supportive supervision of static health centres and mobile health teams to ensure the quality health and nutrion services to flood/rain affected communities in different districts of sindh. Facilitating capacity building trainings of healthcare providers on health and nutrtion . Liasin with district adminsitarion , health department and PPHI management at provincial , regional and district level. I gained valuable insight in Disease Surveillance, Health program coordination, inter personnel communication, Health care management and highly value diversity and team working skills. Throughout my experience as a Program Manager Health and Nutrition , I have successfully ensured that each technical and operational aspect conducted in a highly professional manner keeping in view of professional ethics, multi cultural settings. During my work, I faced and overcame numerous challenges and developed interpersonal and team working skills. My professional attitude along with analytical skills have allowed me to work in challenging environment where decision making and excellent communication skills are needed and complete any work related task assigned to me. I am enthusiastic to learn, understand, apply knowledge and skills in the field of Project/Program Management in Public Health and Nutrition  in these days of post rain/flood situation ultimately making an impact to the welfare of vulnerable peoples of Pakistan. My Four research papers are published in reputable journals of Pakistan.
