·      Designing and planning project activities for ‘Climate Resilient Communities in Coastal Lying Areas of Sindh’ – a $325,000 project funded by the Government of Canada
·      Ensuring accomplishment of project targets within the timeline
·      Leading and facilitating field teams in conducting surveys, need assessments and participatory appraisals in target areas
·      Forming Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) Committees in target communities
·      Conducting awareness raising campaigns on DRR and climate change
·      Capacity building of local support organizations LSOs through training programs
·      Developing sustainability strategies for community-based institutions CBIs
·      Developing baseline formats and conducting baseline surveys
·      Coordinating with all stakeholders including donor agencies and local NGOs
·      Monitoring and evaluation of program activities
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports 

·      Developing strategies for community interaction for the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund funded Human Institutional Development project
·      Developing a long-term vision for the project in the organized communities
·      Assisting communities in need identification and prioritization
·      Leading the facilitation of field teams in conducting surveys and participatory appraisals in the project areas
·      Monitoring and evaluation of all social mobilization activities
·      Building linkages for communities with all relevant stakeholders including partner organizations and donor agencies
·      Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

·      Design baseline/KAP tools according to the program for the assessment of the rural communities  
·      Conducting baseline/KAP surveys
·      Develop health and hygiene manuals and material for program staff
·      Capacity building of the staff about the health and hygiene component of WASEP

·      Actively participating in community meetings, facilitating communities and providing timely feedback to the management

·      Conduct health and hygiene education trainings for school teachers to promote             hygiene practices in school.

·      Producing field visit , training and progress reports whenever required

·      Design and conduct health & hygiene education trainings for School Teachers, School Management Committees (SMCs) and Care Taker of Government Primary Schools in District Gilgit and Hunza to promote health & hygiene practices in schools.
·      Design and conduct  surveys and impact studies of program in schools
·      Monitoring visits to target schools
·      Data analyzing and reporting of surveys and impact study

Conduct the KAP surveys in target areas.
Conducting focus group discussion (FDGs) with School teachers/ students and Health Department staff lady health visitor.
