Foreign Assignment Turkey: On ground EHS Support & supervision during the transportation of wind turbine components, installation & commissioning of 159.6 MW Saros & 79.8MW Gazi-9 Wind Farms Turkey (September 2020 to January 2021). 
Operation & Maintenance (O&M) GE Renewable Energy Pakistan, Oman & Jordan: Responsible to manage overall on ground EHS system during the Operation & Maintenance of 09 Wind Farms in Pakistan with a total capacity of 450 MW, providing complete remote EHS support for Oman & Jordan Services sites, 50MW each. Ensuring they are aligned with company’s EHS requirements for O&M as well as for major ops. Responsibilities include but not limited to (January 2020 to Present), 
Responsible to manage overall EHS system during the Operation & Maintenance of 09 Wind Farms in Pakistan with a total capacity of 450 MW. Responsibilities include but not limited to (January 2020 to Present), Responsible for definition and deployment of GE Renewable Energy O&M EHS program across all its premises to ensure full EHS compliance and continual improvement on all Pakistan Wind Farms. Provide technical & required EHS support to customer’s \\ queries. Provide required EHS support for GE O&M & maintenance/outage teams. Development & Implementation of EHS plans/procedures and required job specific training programs. Responsible for compliance activities including records documentation, generating regulatory reports & performing the detailed workplace inspections. Provide accurate, compliant, and timely support to the O&M & outage teams to ensure that activities in the project and routine operations are in alignment with the requirements and standards stipulated by GE and applicable local regulations and laws. Define and implement an EHS Contractor & Customer audit program to monitor compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, contractual and company requirements. Preparation of Risk Assessments related to jobs performed and new equipment introductions. Recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures to management, including ergonomics considerations. Support in preparation of hazard assessments and investigate and prepare accident reports, stipulating measures for prevention of the foregoing. Conduct, Review, and approval of contractor sub contractor Risk Assessment. Develop controls for identified hazards, coordinate the implementation of controls that result from the risk assessment & hazard analysis & further evaluating the effectiveness of the hazard control system, policies & procedures. Manage programs to support key performance indicators such as concern reporting, near miss reporting & compliance task closure. Conduct near miss & accident investigations to determine root cause analysis & proactive solutions to avoid unsafe acts/conditions. Prepare & update EHS reports, GE EHS & operations metrics, KPIs & statistics. Implement GE LOTO procedures and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) programs for high risk operations for GE team as well as for customer’s team. Develop & implement job specific emergency response plans & procedures for temporary staff facilities & wind turbines. Periodic inspections for emergency response equipment’s, first aid stations, fall protection equipment’s, vehicle, commissioning tool kits, lifting & rigging devices. Ensure compliance with current legislation in the transportation, handling, and disposal of waste at customer’s site. Develop waste minimization & recycling strategies. Report directly to the Service Manager & regional EHS Manager.

Develop site specific environmental management plans & HSE plans & implementation in accordance with applicable laws.
Deliver necessary technical & HSE support to projects HSE team for implementing safety standards.
Contribute and work towards providing a safe and accident free environment to project teams.
Ensure orientation & induction programs are adhered for newly appointed employees.
Coordinate public meetings and consultations on environmental matters.
Conduct internal & third party environmental monitoring (air, water, noise, waste), safety, compliance monitoring, reporting and site EHS auditing.
Prepare & conduct HSE trainings, meetings, promotion of safety culture.
Provide, or where necessary source & training for HSE staff in relation to Health and Safety policies, practice and procedures.
Develop & Implement programs as per MSDS for safe use & storage of chemicals at site.
Validate all tools and equipments are adequate, inspected and safe for use.
Identifying risk factors and assessing environmental impact to facilitate safe completion of the project.
Review and approve all subcontractor’s health safety & environmental plans.
Monitor and update HSE risks register and ensure all mitigation plans are strictly adhere to throughout the project execution according to the job specific RA\'s.
Maintain a register of First Aiders and ensure the adequate provision of first-aid and outdoor welfare facilities are in place.
Develop & control the site’s recycling and waste management procedures.
Accountable for projects HSE Staffing & budget.
Manages Security Matters for Chinese.
Responsible for implementation of LARP (Land Acquisition & Resettlement Plan) .

Rehabilitation & Upgrading of Lower Bari Doab Canal, LBDC ICB-03. Asian Development Bank funded project.

Prepare & implement site specific HSE, environmental management plan & waste management plan.
Conduct daily, weekly & monthly workplace HSE inspections.
Interface with site teams daily to provide proactive technical HSE advice for site activities.
Delegate responsibilities to Junior Safety Officers to provide an effective safety monitoring and supervisor support program.
Develop general health promotion and surveillance schemes that contribute to the maintenance of general health and fitness.
Verify that site safety precautions stipulated on permits to work, risk assessments and job safety analysis are being implemented.
