• Being a Human Resource Officers i am responsible for Planning and forecasting of Staff requirement of the institution.
• Preparing Organograms for overall organization, departments, inter departments to clearly show the reporting relationship throughout the organizational hierarchy.
• Preparing Job description for all the staff to provide them clearly picture of their duties and responsibilities with the coordination of concern departmental heads.
• Proposing the new policies and procedures for improving the existing R&S function.
• Collecting staff requisitions from all the department heads and to develop the collective requisition report to be presented to BOGs for new sanctioning.
• Preparing Advertisement for sanction positions in order to fill the existing/ vacant posts as prioritized by the top management.
• Preparing working paper from received applications and constituting the scrutiny committee for short listing of the eligible candidates for test/ interview.
• Scheduling test/ interview as desired by the management and informing all the applicants through emails, telephone calls, call letters etc.
• Attendance sheet for committee members and interview candidates shall be organized along with individual member marks sheets and other necessary documents to be presented to the committee members.
• Critically reviewing the defined recruitment criteria along with individual committee marks for compilation and compliance of merit list.
• Issuing appointment letters to the selected candidates and accepting their arrivals reports.
• Forwarding their file to the post employment section for further verification processes.
• Any other task assigned by the concerned supervisor/ section head.
Employees record maintenance, payroll management, attendance and daily time sheet maintenance, making job description and specification,involve in recruitment & Selection, issuing appointment, termination, transfer letters etc. coordinating with insurance companies regarding employee medical and health benefits and reimbursement of employees medical claims.
