Assist in issuing guest passes and employee ID cards. Schedule appointments for the higher management. Recruitment & selection of candidates for the vacant positions. Verify attendance on daily basis including all units of Diamond Group. Dealing and resolving the employee’s requests regarding human resource issues, rules & regulations. Employee’s data management and record keeping. Handling of grievances of all employees. Coordination with Head Office (Lahore) for other HR operations, i.e. Appointment, Job Offer and Confirmation. Coordination with Insurance Company for reimbursement of medical claims. Clearance of Final settlement of ex-employees. Takes initiatives to provide additional support to HR/Admin manager

Evaluation of performance appraisals on quarterly basis.
Maintain leaves record & overtime.
Coordination with finance department for the reimbursement of medical bills.
Clearance of Final settlement of ex-employees.
Preparation of monthly lunch menu and coordination with Purchase department for the timely purchasing of respective items.
Takes initiatives to provide additional support to HR
