My name is Nadia Mirzaman and I have a Master’s degree in Business Administration specialization in Human Resource Management.


My professional career spans over more than 15 years during which I have had the privilege of working with various organizations dominantly in development sector. I have extensive work experience in HR operations specifically in recruitment and selection, talent acquisition and management, contracting, compensation and benefits, performance management system, learning and development, employer branding, gender and diversity inclusion initiative, strategic HR analysis and reporting, grievance handling and employee relations.


I am a self-motivated person comprehensively able to work on my own initiative and even better as part of a team. I have been supervising junior HR staff during thier onboarding and guiding them in HR Operations as part of their learning and development. I possess personal attributes of self-confidence and flexibility, integrity, attention to detail, strong interpersonal and organisational skills, an enthusiasm to learn and genuinely committed towards job responsibilities. I am presently working as Human Resource Officer in GIZ Country Office Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:
§  Identifying relevant problems and issues and assisting in formulating implementation-oriented solutions
