RAW MATERIAL                                                                                                                                                
§  Managing warehouses including RM’s, Packaging & Finished goods.
§  Making Goods Receipt Note for all materials receiving from Supplier and inventorized as on FIFO. 
§  Making Inspection the materials received from suppliers with respect to Lot #, PR, & quantity and inform to user end concern for Q.C.
§  Issuing of raw materials and other consumables to departments concerned via MIR.
§  Also involve in preparation of monthly audit activity and supervise store labors for getting results through efficient & effective way.
§  To ensure the proper tagging of item code on each item.
§  Responsible for Manage Cycle Counts, Stock Reports on daily basis.
 
FINISHED GOODS                                                                                                                                             
§  Received Q.C verified materials from factory and accept in warehouse after physically good seen material.
§  After receiving in system material placed in shelves and location entered in system.
§  Now according Dispatch instruction Report, placed material trace out with lifter and perform job like cutting, ready to dispatch or Rewind and Remeasure.
§  Then material goes to packing section after legging, marking and end sealing it loaded through lifter on vehicle to concern customer.
§  After proper documentation like D.C, Packing list and gate pass, vehicle released from Time office and main gate security.   
§  I also be responsible for coordinating shifts, arranging schedules, and monitoring employee performance. I also made trainings to assembly line workers in all aspects of production in order allow managerial flexibility in times of worker absences or vacations.
