Initiate a number of reforms for the betterment of health sector specially in HR management,  Cardiac integration, Oncology services improvement, Communication strategies development.
Provide a support in developing a mechanism for running Labs services on O&M bases on PPP mode.
Developed a working plans to startup the Specilised health facilities.
Developed a Capacity building programs for the Inservise and fresh students of region.
