Job Description; Flood Emergency, Relief and Rehabilitation
Organization: SPARC (Society for the Protection of the Rights of the Child)
Project: It was a multi donor project (KNH, TDH (GERMAN) and RNE (Royal Norwegian Embassy).
  
 Main purpose of the project was to ensure the Child rights, Child protection & GBV after the 2010 devastating Flood in Pakistan to erase the scary pictures of Flood Disaster from their minds through the establishment of Child friendly spaces, psycho social support and recreational activities in maximum affected areas.
Project Designing
• Part of team for conducting initial assessment in KPK, Punjab and Sindh to identify vulnerable children.
• Assisted Executive Director, SPARC, in compiling initial assessment report.
• Assisted design team in proposal writing and development.
• Attend meetings with different international donors.
• Identify areas where the friendly spaces needed.
• Involved in Planning Phase of the project
Project Implementation
• Lead a team of 120 persons.
• Part of team for the recruitment of local staff.
• Established area office with the help of project team.
• Mainstream the activities in affected areas and establish a strong link with local government authorities.
• Regularly attend meetings with other organizations working in vicinity.
• Regularly visit field offices in three Provinces.
