Design, implement and maintain system and tools for routine data collection, data consolidation and data analysis for tracking and learning purposes.

Draft, share, validate and finalize all agreed Program reports incorporating feedback Facilitate Project information management and data request/support from Icounterparts.
Collect data from Provancial project Teams and prepare fortnightly reports (16th of reporting month & 1st for last 15 days of the previous month)
Prepare Monthly Progress Report (MPR) by 5th of every month.
Provide inputs to ensure quality control in the formulation of relevant, high quality, results-based services implemented
Jointly coordinate with Donor counterparts (the donor) adhering to agreed  reporting format & frequency, set indicators/ outcomes, case studies and expenditure status.
Regularize the use of assessments/ surveys providing technical support where needed, documenting good practices, lessons learned and sharing findings and recommendations for timely programmatic adaptations and budgetary adjustments/ re-appropriations.
Plan, design and conduct Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM), Beneficiary Satisfaction Surveys (BSS) and Lessons Learned workshop during and after the project operation.

Education

Prepare plans for effective execution of the project activities related to livelihood approaches to disaster resilience as stipulated in the project document which includes but not limited to skills, practices and capacities, to manage resources and skills particularly of poor and vulnerable, and institutional strengthening to increase the resilience of the target communities to different hazards and disasters
Design, develop and provide necessary training for target communities to develop skills and capacities for disaster resilient livelihood strategies and viable options for income.
Lead beneficiary selection, verification, mobilization and sensitization
   Provide technical input in the need assessment, context analysis, baselines, reviews & evaluations; and provide support in partner selection
Provide support to the district team in provision of livelihoods measures, and updates of the progress
Demonstrate strong commitment to be accountable to beneficiaries as it is a key PRCS commitment to beneficiaries
To lead the identification and selection of project beneficiaries through a baseline survey in the area of the project implementation
In conjunction with project team under-take periodic needs assessment and prepare comprehensive report on field assessment
Coordinate the implementation of livelihoods component between the local stakeholders
Support to the effective mainstreaming of gender equality in beneficiary selection and sensitization
Working with the multi-functional team to assess the project progress against the project design
Building strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, including communities, line ministries agencies to adapt their programmes.

Support the efficient and timely implementation of FSL activities
Conduct community mobilization, meetings and trainings during community led FSL activities;
Support the FSL Field Officers in the verification of the beneficiaries to ensure the identification and selection of the most vulnerable population;

Conduct random home visits observe household hygiene practices and conduct on spot health education

Hold weekly focus group discussions with women and men to find out their feelings about public health related issues plus use and maintenance of facilities provided.
Hold community meetings to receive/provide feedback/consultation for decisions on public health issues of concern / trainings on hygiene practices situation within the community
