Situation analysis of the area (Historical, Socioeconomic condition, Coping Mechanism)
Identify Communities and Individuals affected by Drought and Establish local Leaders and Stakeholders.
Conduct Community meetings, focus group and Surveys to assess, needs, priorities and resources.
Develop and implement plans for Water Trucking or other emergency Water supplies initiatives.
Coordinate the Distribution of Drought relief supplies such as Water, Food and Fodder with Partner Organizations.
Provision of drinking water, Climate smart seeds, Vegetable plants, Livestock feed and fodder in Beneficiaries.
Livestock vaccination and deworming.
Distribution of Food items in Beneficiaries
Training and Capacity Building of Community, PDMAs and district administration on drought management.
Training and Capacity Building of Community Women on Kitchen Gardening.

• Educating individuals or communities about the importance of good hygiene practices and how to implement them effectively.
• Developing and conducting training programs on proper hygiene procedures, including hand washing, sanitation, and waste disposal.
• Distributing hygiene-related resources such as MHM kits, sanitizers, soap, and educational materials to support healthy practices.
• Engaging with communities to understand their specific hygiene challenges and tailoring interventions accordingly.
• Responding to hygiene-related emergencies, such as disease outbreaks or natural disasters, by implementing rapid hygiene interventions.
Programs to raise awareness about hygiene practices, including handwashing, sanitation, and proper waste disposal.
• Conduct training sessions for community members, healthcare workers, or employees on hygiene protocols and best practices.
•Design and disseminate communication IEC materials, such as posters, leaflets, and presentations, to promote behavior change towards improved hygiene practices.
• Maintain accurate records of hygiene promotion activities, prepare reports on progress and outcomes, and share lessons learned for future programming.
