All Responsibilities

·         Attend the training course attentively.

·         Become fully familiar with the digital questionnaire.

·         Clear understanding on sampling methodology.

·         Finding the appropriate member of household for interview.

·         Follow field protocols.

·         Close coordination with Area Field Officer (AFO).

·         Identification and registration of the Orphan Children’s.

·         Get qualitative information

·         Record the information of refusals on log sheet and submit to AFO, Proper fill

     hard forms sheets/questionnaires, Proper coding on questionnaires, Properly  

                review/fill  

     checklist, Record reasoning of replaced villages and Error must be avoided.

·         Time management.

·         Complete daily target.

·         Ensure 15 forms to be filled in one day.

·         Meeting with AFO in morning and evening.

·         Confirm data uploaded at the end of each day.

·         Review each completed questionnaire for accuracy before leaving HH.
