– Responsible to create email content and templates for announcements and/or other intimations

– Manage life cycle of employees from onboarding till separation.
– Provide an effective HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, grievance matters, organizational changes.
– Issuing employees appointment, contract, experience and job reference letters.
– Operations (profiling, record maintaining of employees).
– Educating employees about HR practices and policies.
– Directly assist HRBP’s coordinate with HOD’s/ line managers, and maintain data of resources by utilizing MS Dynamics 365, SYSHCM and EDMS.
– Streamline restructuring process through managing inter/intra departmental and companies transfer of resources in proficient manner.
– Ensure compliance with regulations in internal and external audits while coordinating with OD department, infosec team, and EAO staff to proactively address business issues.
– Enhance employee satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perk/benefits and organizing team building activities.
– Coordinating employee recreational initiatives
– Enrolling confirmed employees for Life and Health insurance and deactivating Ex-employees.
