Manage all Trade Marketing and Visibility enhancement activities for Zong in the region that provide effective support to S&D team towards achievement of monthly targets.
Plan and manage Regional TM budget\'s effective utilization.
Liaison with Regional Sales Teams and conducting Regional Level Marketing Campaigns.
Execution of merchandising plan- Segment based merchandising- Training and Development of Merchandisers to ensure high degree of visibility. KPIs setting and monitoring mechanism for the merchandisers in consultation with S&D teams. PJP formation, DVR tracking, Salary processing and monthly evaluation of the merchandisers.
Arrangement of budgets/POS and other support material for the smooth execution of the sales promotion activities, sign-off of all the agreed sales promotion plans with HQ after approval from RD (Product Paper).
Developing a mechanism of check and balance for the distribution of Giveaways/Incentives to end users and retailers-Owning responsibility for the execution of all regional programs designed to increase sales. Initiation of Purchase Requisition (PR) - Follow up with procurement until PO issuance- Proper receiving of items/job completion – Invoice processing with proper receiving’s from Winners
Arrangement of retailers training/awareness for new products/packages/ Promo launches through Merchandisers while coordinating with S&D team.
Audit of the Giveaways and POSM lying at S&D offices and other activities of Merchandisers and Vendors. Temporary merchandising material Quantity assessment and subsequent requisition to HQ.
Permanent on store/in store branding and BTL Drives as in shop fascia’s/available here signs/ Glass Branding OWV /counter vinyl branding. Out of home visibility through wall branding and identification/development of low cost and quality branding opportunities. Franchises & CSC Branding.
