Contribute to efficient delivery of customer requests, including, issuance of cheques book, cheque activation, bank confirmation (i.e., scheduled account statement printing etc.Support and handle complex customer issues in supporting sales area while executing excellent customer service principles. Spot opportunities for cross selling product and services by being aware of customer needs.Provide smooth and error free services to the customer with in prescribed service quality measure.Deposit Mobilization through existing and NTB\'s customers to increase branch business portfolio.Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
