ï‚· Monitoring and Managed 40 Projects of Building in Quantity Surveying wing 100 % successfully.

 Managed and handled More than 20 No. Sub-Contractors in same frame of time like Form work, Masonry, Steel Fixing, Concrete pouring, and Material Suppliers etc.  Completed a project of “Vocational Training Institute” Rawlakot, Azad Kashmir as a   Project Engineer.  Preparation of Variation Orders of on-going Projects of Buildings.

ï‚· Preparation of Interim Payments Certificates (IPC) and Price Adjustment Certificates of running projects.

ï‚· Preparation of Final Bills of Completed Projects.

ï‚· Checking and Verification of Interim Payments Certificates and Price Adjustment Certificate of contractors, during consultant job period.

ï‚· Preparation of Rate analysis for all Items of Construction works.

ï‚· Preparation inspection requests (IRs) and material inspection requests (MIRs) and keeping their record in hard & soft form.

ï‚· Preparation of monthly physical progress report.

ï‚· Preparation and Checking of Sub Contractor Bills.

ï‚· Agreeing final account with subcontractors, fully completing monthly cost reports for approval.

ï‚· Assisting Project Manager with financial implications of site progress decisions.

 Coordinate with the Procurement Department material / Purchase Ledger expenditure / forecasts on a weekly / monthly basis for the purpose of preparing cost reports
