I am done for the purpose/s of providing support to the purchasing process and assigned department staff with specific responsibility for processing bid and purchasing documents and materials and responding to related inquiries and maintaining vendor/source information and inventories.
Istart work during pre-production. Iset up the production office, organising equipment, supplies and staff. They coordinate travel, accommodation, work permitsand visas for cast and crew. They also distribute shooting schedules, crew and cast lists, scripts and script revisions.
Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests.Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress.Ensure that daily sales/production goals are met.Count cash at the end of the shift and manage bank deposits.Train and integrate new workers.
There is a shared responsibility between the employee and supervisor to ensure employees time and leave is reported accurately and approved. I am responsible for auditing the department timecards and sign-off on the department.
Broadly speaking, the function of me as a teacher is to help students learn by imparting knowledge to them and by setting up a situation in which students can and will learn effectively. But I fill a complex set of roles, which vary from one society to another and from one educational level to another.
