I have 1.5 year experience as Export Assistance in Amber Capacitors Ltd & I have Six & half years work experience as a Customer Care Executive In wi-tribe Pakistan and PTCL.
Assist Manager Marketing in daily work. Take minutes of Meeting, make travel arrangements, Make Confidential Letters, Memo's. Prepare all quotations for clients, communication the same to them and maintain client record. Cooridnate with Production Departmetn for smooth Dispatches. Take and Proceed All Orders. Make OPF, PO and maintain all related records. Dispatch related documents to Manufacturing Unit & Client for further procedure. Handle all matters related to supplies/deliveries to client and inform them on same date by letter. Contact customers regarding dispatch instructions, if necessary. Correspondence with factory regarding supplies of capacitors and other matters about orders. Maintain record of marketing information and data. Any additional task assigned by Head of Departments.
