Assist Manager Marketing in daily work. Take minutes of Meeting, make travel arrangements, Make Confidential Letters, Memo's. Prepare all quotations for clients, communication the same to them and maintain client record. Cooridnate with Production Departmetn for smooth Dispatches. Take and Proceed All Orders. Make OPF, PO and maintain all related records. Dispatch related documents to Manufacturing Unit & Client for further procedure. Handle all matters related to supplies/deliveries to client and inform them on same date by letter. Contact customers regarding dispatch instructions, if necessary.
