It was a Nutrition House job .I practiced their as a nutrition observer. Emphasis was on counseling patients managing their dietary patterns.
Learned to make feed for poultry from different micronutrients for their better nutrition rather than artificially.
Worked there as an intern to get exposure in quality control and other hotel management related tasks.
I learned to make diet plans , learned to make different food choices regarding diseases . Ward rotations and motivational seminars helped me out alot.
This one month summer internship gave me enough exposure to screen patients.
