Calculation and processing of EOBI. PESSI, Full and final settlement, Allowances, Arrears etc.

Assisting to HR manager at month end consideration.
Preparation and coordination of documents and any work assigned by the higher management.
Provides advice and assistance to supervisors and staff, includes information on training needs and opportunities, job descriptions, performance reviews.
Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Keeping strict confidentiality in performing the duties and managing the information.
