I deal with people, supervise the work of submission staff and look after the quality assurance of the documents for visa facilitation. My task and responsibilities includes to check and supervise the performance of staff on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Reporting directly to Director and CEO. To conduct performance based training of staff on quality control and quality assurance to improve their performance. Drafting emails and reports on quality control performance and quality assurance. To work on conflict resolution and public dealing of 100\'s of customers on daily basis. My duties cover the responsibilities of both Quality Assurance and Human Resource Management. Providing service to Turkish Consulate by briefly checking each application for Turkish visa according to the specific requirement and forwarding it to Turkish Consulate error free.
