With my diverse background in Humanitarian Services and Community Development, HRD, Academia, Training & Development, over the last two decades, and my passion to deliver more and strive for excellence, lead me to the new vistas of corporate services in the fields of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Automation, Trading, Sourcing and Consulting.

My roots to the Communities and exposure with the serving end key suppliers and contributors, enable me to approach the both ends, key facilitators, service providers as well as the end users with empathy and care.

Along with my professional pursuits, I am also continuing to share my learnings and keep on seeking the grass root level knowledge and wisdom through interaction with the diverse communities at large and staying in touch with the organizations who closely work for the sustainable development of the target communities.

Over the period as a Trainer & Facilitator, designed and delivered several training sessions for the development sector senior team members, social organizers and community development teams as well as the corporate workers, covering the aspects of; project management, effective community mobilization, participatory rural appraisal and sustainable development planning, mentoring & coaching, communication skills, monitoring & evaluation, team building, time management, training of trainers, disaster risk management, performance management, change management and strategic planning for in house teams and external organizations.

Strategic Leadership & Operations Management

Provided overall strategic leadership for the implementation of Muslim Aid Pakistan humanitarian relief and Development projects to the disaster affected and in general other deprived communities of Pakistan. Strengthened and promoted the organizational work through effective communication and ensured the risk mitigation measures in place to safeguard institutional stakes across the country program. Ensured effective projects management, implementation and periodic review of progress of program activities. Provided leadership to the country team and ensured team results.

Program Development and Management

Primarily focused on Development of suffering humanity and addressing to the needs for Humanitarian services, Disaster preparedness and sustainable Development programs, in line with the global and country level strategic plans.Developed and executed several program interventions all across the country in the areas of WASH, Health, Education, Economic Empowerment and Disaster preparedness, disaster risk reduction and overall community development. Promoted and developed programmatic strategies and operational systems that balance country, donor, and organizational priorities and capabilities. Designed and Delivered country program within the constraints of the budget. Ensuring that effective linkages with Government and strategic networks are established and maintained to ensure influence at national and international level. For expansion of country program, Institutional funding acquired through submission of quality proposals to donor organizations.

Human Resource Development

Supervised all the activities of Human Resource Management i.e. Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management & HR need analysis. Ensured an effective human resource strategy in place for competent and empowered team building, in a fair, diverse and effective workplace, where respect for people and equality are valued and promoted. Managed HR best practices and policies, Performance Management system in place and working effectively for capacity building of staff and partner organizations.

Financial Management, Networking and Resource Mobilization

Supervised overall financial management of Muslim Aid in line with organizational objectives and priorities to fulfill the organizational needs. Developed and maintained relationships with International and national donors and Govt. relevant ministries. Adhering to the policies and resources mobilization for program delivery as per the international humanitarian standards and globally accepted financial management principals.

Served for short term 6 months assignment of Emergency Response for Syrian Refugees in Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq and Turkey. Mainly did the coordination, communication and establishing the linkages for the existing team, built their capacity for program expansion and emergency response interventions.
