My major responsibilities include:

o Manage tax provision and tax compliance process for three different companies. (M&P Express Logistics + OCS Road & Rail & Logex Pvt. Ltd.
o Manage all Sales Tax (SRB, PRA, KPRA, BRA, FBR, MAK) & Income tax reporting and compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws within an organization
o Answer queries raised by the relevant tax authorities (Provincials & Federal)
o Prepare and file the taxes for the company in a complete and accurate manner to minimize the risk of an audit
o Prepare all Tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests
o Written representation with regard to the relevant provisions of the Ordinance
o Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance
o Maintain tax balances on general ledger
o Assisting Company Secretary in drafting of minutes of board meetings in best possible manner.
o Submission of regulatory and other returns to SECP regularly
o Proactively assist the Company Secretary & Liaison with SECP
o Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices

o Ensure timely filing of corporate IT Withholding statements and GST returns
o Manage tax compliance & reporting
o Prepare Income Statements , Balance Sheets & Cash Flows
o Prepare, review and file payroll summaries, journals and reports
o Establish and maintain cash controls & Issue cheques for all accounts due
o Maintain the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems
o Assist seniors in other company matters.
