Responsibilities:
To works’ on ERP modules with SAP B1  system.
Presented monthly management’s accounts on timely manner, and Co-ordinate yearly audit accounts with External Auditors according to IFRS.
To handling financial Transaction from Yarn, converging, dyeing, services Suppliers & customers from start to end procedure.
Oversee timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions and timely settlement of obligations and collections.
Oversee bank limits & Credit lines, Exports Re-Financing, LCs, BG & PG etc. and handling, Regulatory benefited Avail ( Dtre, SRO  450 Custom Act)    .
Overview aging, reconciliation, periodic Reporting of suppliers as well as customers. 
Managing a team of 5- Accountants and reports to Directors/CEO.
Handling of LC ,Exports ,imports and leasing and insurance operations &  company taxation matters (ST ,WHT,PRA)

Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to Director /CEO launched the finance function for the whole business from start-up to end within resource of all finance procedures, controls & reporting.
Presented month-end management’s accounts and yearly audit accounts with conduct IFRS and consul with  the external Audit.
Controlled 35 flagship retails stores, 2warehouse and 1  pret unite within company.
Track competitors profile (volume, share and financials) and monitor strategic actions (new launches budgeting, sales, marketing and related initiatives).
Managing a team of 6-8 accountants.
To works’ on ERP modules with SAP B1 system. and retail managements system  CANDLA

o   Over all supervision of 8 members accounts & finance department team;
o   To prepared the monthly, quarterly and annually managements and statutory accounts.  
o   With input from staff, prepare budgets and monitor actual performance against budget forecast.
o   To works’ on ERP modules with Oracle financial system.
o   Keep top management informed about any major budgeting issues and impact of operational changes in budget
o   To work on job order product costing and setting the materiel and overhead consumption standard.
o    Prepare creditors’ reconciliations for payments and ensure payment to suppliers/ providers on timely protocols
o   Oversee timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions and timely settlement of obligations and collections;
o   Oversee bank limits & Credit lines e.g. LCs, BG & PG etc.
o   Handling of LC, Exports, imports and leasing and insurance operations & company taxation matters.
 

o   Overall supervision of accounts & finance department;
o   To fulfill management’s  reporting requirement by preparation of monthly,  quarterly, half yearly and annual financial statements;
o   Responsible for cash management and cash forecasting of company
o   To implement job orders costing system and inventory control system.
o   Oversee bank limits & Credit lines,EE, Re-Exports  e.g. LCs, BG & PG etc. and handling related documentations and transactions.
o   Handling of LC, Exports, imports and leasing operations.
o   To handle the tax ,corporate and statutory matters;
o   Respond to accounting inquiries in a timely fashion;
o   To conduct the no’s of FBR departmental Sales tax and income tax Audits.
