Recruitment and selection
Coordination with SBU,s
Administer the recruitment of officers / staff and manage outreach for quality talent acquisition of National logistics Cell in all over Pakistan.
Preparation of advertisement along with website detailed criteria for conversion of work charge, daily wages, contractual and fresh employment of whole organization.
Coordination with communication department and publish vacancy announcements in electronic and print media nationwide.
Screening applicants and finalize necessary arrangement for test / interviews.
Coordinate with administration and coordination branch for entry passes of applicants in GHQ.
Developed HR tools related to structured preparation of interview profile of applicants (Army Officers / Civilians) and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with administration and coordination branch for entry passes of applicants in GHQ.
Preparation of board proceedings of selected candidates for final recommendation from DG NLC and panel members.
After approval of board proceedings prepare and issuance of appointment letters of selected candidate.
Preparation of Panels / NOCs requested from W&R Directorate.
Responsible for allotment of HR number of contractual employees grade 17 and above.
Responsible to prepare minute sheet and letters.
Preparation of presentations for different official meetings and conduct orientation of new employees.
Sustain different Human Resource related issues like Selection, employment processing, documentation & Career development.
Provide Strategic HR guidelines for day to day Human Resources operational activities for smooth flow of business requirement.
Liaise up with Legal team to timely resolution of staff Grievances handling.
Update and maintain confidential files (electronic and Hard copies) of all employees including different SBUs, ensure confidentiality and provide related statistical info rmation and reports as and when necessary.
Compiling of data, file management and record keeping on daily basis.
Any other task assigned by supervisor.

 Assists in monitoring residents’ duty hours and operative/case experience via regular review of data reports.
 Prepares the Monthly, Duty, Call & Academic Roster of the Residents.
 Keeping contact with PMDC for new rule and regulation for CME.
 Prepare and update time line for mega event.
 Responsible for planning, coordination and implementation of multiple Continued Medical education activities, national and international mega events.
 Preparing event closing report, event registration report, CME event financial report, event feedback analysis report.
