• Preparation of Material Gross Profit Report on monthly basis (on SKU Level)
• Preparation of Profit & Loss Account on monthly basis
• Preparation of Accumulated Net Profit Report (Comparing Actual Vs Budget) on SKU Level
• Preparation of KPI report on monthly basis
• Preparation of exchange Gain/Loss report on monthly basis
• Preparation of different kinds reports as and when required
• Preparing and presenting Budget guidelines to all concerned departments before annual budget preparation
• Actively involved in preparation and review of budget
• As a Product SBU, helping and assisting Ref & Df Factory how to prepare budget
• Approval and controlling of expenses (OPEX and CAPEX) as per budget
• Monitoring production and factory requirements on daily basis
• Cost verification on monthly basis
• GRN Costing
• Calculation of product prices on monthly basis

Brief Job Description :
• Maintain Finish good price in SAP
• Manage Customer record. Credit limit, payment terms, etc.
• Maintain Corporate Sale in SAP.
• Dealing with Logistic department regarding dispatch against Sale Orders.
• Sales Billing/Invoicing in SAP
• Maintain Scrap Sale record.
• Reconciliation with Scrap Sale Parties on monthly basis.
• Prepare month/year end reconciliation with Customers.
• Updation of Sale price in SAP.
• Post all Adjusting entries.
• Open New Customers in MDM (Master Data Management)
• Maintain Management Reference Sale.
• Prepare forecast Parts sale and upload in SAP.
• Maintain record of Employee Discount Sale Recovery.
• Reconciliation of CSD Parts Sale/purchase.
• Prepare Salary Analysis on monthly basis.
