Duties
- Facilitation of citizens on daily basis. 
- Biometric verification of beneficiaries & their spouses.
- Handling of large amount of citizen’s queries & their solution (Public Dealing).
- Processing of huge amount of data entry operations.

- Handling Tally ERP for all accounts.
- Authorized person for Banks & bank transactions.
- Responsible for Petty Cash amount.
- Maintaining records of Accounts Payable & Receivables.
- Accounts Reconciliation of Banks, Customers & Suppliers.
- Handling of full computer related tasks (Data Entry, Preparation of letters, invoices, quotations, LPOs, Payment Requests & other related tasks.
- Purchasing materials for company projects.
- Preparation of timesheets, salaries & wages (Payroll management).
- Daily recording of transactions and updating books of accounts.
- Interaction & negotiations with clients, suppliers through phone & email as well as other general administrative tasks.
- Document Controller, book keeping & files responsibility.
- Preparation of project reports; expenses, incomes, profit & loss statements.

Duties
-  Handling of three different softwares (Dynamics, HIMS & POS softwares).
-  Huge amount of work in Accounts Receivables.
-  Preparation & maintaining of debtor, aging reports of all panel companies 
  and reconciliation with Dynamics.
-  Passing Cheques, online payments BRVs & JVs
-  Handling of accounts of corporate clients
-  Reconciliation of old outstandings of major companies.
-  Data entry of huge amount of daily invoices (Sehat Card Programme).
-  Reconciliation & closing of accounts on monthly basis.
-  Email correspondence with corporate clients.
-  Performing other day to day tasks as assigned by the seniors.
