1. Worked at Endocrinology and Diabetes department for three months duration during which I interviewed patients concerning physical complaints, discussed symptoms, asked questions, and suggested treatment options. I learnt about management of type I and Type II diabetes, insulin dose adjustment and prevention of complications in Diabetic patients. Also managed syndromes like Cushing, DIDMOAD,and thyroid disorders
2.I spent the last three months of medicine rotation in Acute medical unit and General medicine where I provided medical care and treatment for patients presenting with stroke, cerebral malaria, dengue and DKA etc. ,regularly performing hourly vitals monitoring, ordering and executing various test analyses and diagnostic images to provide information on patient condition

3. During my surgery rotation, I had a chance to work in accident and emergency as well as general surgery ward. I managed a lot of patients presenting with complaints like UTI, Cholecystitis, Appendicitis, bowel obstruction. I assisted and observed various surgical procedures and monitored patients recovering post operatively from different major surgeries and provided them with adequate pain relief
4. My last rotation was in cardiovascular surgery. From history taking to physical examination and assisting in minor operations, I tried to provide best services in my patients interest
