-          Strengthened collaboration and coordination through regular meetings with line departments and public sector in Muzaffarabad Division-AJK to ensure liaison and partnership with various relevant district level stakeholders i.e. Health Department, Population Welfare, LHW Program (National Program for family planning and primary health care)-MNCH Program and RHC/BHU management for implementation of WISH2ACTION Model in the district.
-          Organized meetings of external visitors with project stakeholders in the district.
-          Coordination with Regional Director and Project Director for projects activities update, future planning and support needed in project model/activities implementation in the district. 
-          Established District Cluster Management Committee-DCMC with members from health, population welfare, LHW program, MNCH program, social welfare and private sector including community influential/local forums and NGOs and service providers. Provided Skill Development Trainings in the capacity of Stitching, Kitchen Gardening, Beautician and Machine Embroidery to 282 GBV Survivors. 107 GBV Survivors were provided micro financing of Rs.25,000-30,000 per survivor from Khushali Micro Financing Bank AJK and Bagh for financial empowerment during 2017-18.  
-          Supervised and supported the PMO team to perform their duties and ensured/monitored the allocated resources and assets are used in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

-          Establishment of AFCs (Safe Spaces): 18 Safe Spaces (Adolescent Friendly Centers) in 9 Community Based Organizations (CBOs) established.
-          Strengthening of AFCs: All AFCs strengthened with provision of signboards, whitewash, provision of furniture, computers, sewing machines, sports items,
-          Meeting/Sessions with Community Stakeholders: Meetings/sessions conducted with participation of male and female. The stakeholder included CBOs, HECs/ Advisory, Advocacy Group and Master Peer Groups, Religious Leaders, Parents, Teachers, Opinion/Political Leaders and local influential. The meetings/sessions focused on project implementation mechanism and information dissemination among general masses and advocacy for RH rights.
-          Capacity Building Trainings: Training conducted on strategic planning and experience sharing for CBOs members at district level.
Four trainings conducted for AFC managers and Peers on ASRH technical aspects at district level.
Two computer trainings conducted for AFC’s Managers at district level.
Two Capacity building and refresher training for health service providers on ASRH, Counseling, Management of STIs, referral mechanism and record keeping. The training attended by male disperser and LHVs & LHWs from project locations health outlets of Govt.
-          Electronic Media Level Interventions: Organized Eight FM-88 program during the project on Reproductive health.
Two programs conducted at FM-88 studio on ASRHR to sensitize and mobilize media. The activities attended by Religious Leader, Medical Officer (Doctors), Print Media, Adolescent and CBOs members from project operational area. The activities recorded and after editing the discussions on aired by FM-88 for general community awareness.
Two live talk shows of male and female conducted and participated by doctors, religious leaders and social activist invited and shared on ASRH in the light of religion, medical and social point of view. During the program calls received form community pertinent to ASRH medical, religion and social issues and responded accordingly.
Four programs conducted at field level in different project locations with participation of male & female adolescents, parents, teachers, religious leaders and CBOs members. The aim of programs is to reflect the views of target location community stakeholder pertinent to ASRH through RHIA project.
-          Experience Sharing Seminar: One experience sharing seminar conduct through involvement of all stakeholders i.e. Public/Private sector, community stakeholders, CBOs, CSO, Adolescents/Youth, Religious Leaders and Print & Electronic Media.
