-       Provided Two Training to 80 (39 Female & 41 Male) Primary School Teachers on DRR, Emergency Preparedness and Response and Health and Hygiene for school safety during emergency pertinent to CP.
-       Conducted 80 meetings with PTC members at school level on PTC roles and responsibilities, its formation, record keeping, school safety during emergency and health & hygiene pertinent to CP.
-       Formed 80 health & hygiene club at school level with 15 members of school children with captain and vice-captain.
-       Health Screening in terms of Eye Disease, Decreased Vision, Decreased Hearing, Ear Disease, Skin Issues, Dental Issues, Low HB or any other disease conducted of 24449 (11008 Boys 13441 Girls) and further referred 4759 (2665 Boys and Girls 2094) medical check and treatment.

Staff i.e. health department and its vertical programs such as MNCH and Population Welfare for family planning and primary health care and Private Practitioner in the capacity of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, Family Planning, MVA, Implant, SGBV and Referral Mechanism.
-          Successfully implemented GBV Project (funded by IPPF) in two districts of AJK i.e. Muzaffarabad and Bagh and identified 444 (111%) SGBV survivors through awareness sessions, theater performance and mobile camps. Provided Skill Development Trainings in the capacity of Stitching, Kitchen Gardening, Beautician and Machine Embroidery to 282 GBV Survivors. 107 GBV Survivors were provided micro financing of Rs.25,000-30,000 per survivor from Khushali Micro Financing Bank AJK and Bagh for financial empowerment during 2017-18.

Monitoring & Evaluation- Agency M&E Officer RLCIP-FATA- Funded by World Bank (2013-17)
-          Facilitated the manager in planning, supervising and conducting baseline surveys, collect baseline information on key sectors from primary as well as secondary sources.
-          Provided technical support to unit and partner organization (IPs) in monitoring and reporting of interventions.
-          Perform follow up progress on program intervention outputs, working papers, and summaries of IPs in consultation with manager. Organized capacity building sessions of IPs for monitoring of program activities.
-          Collect data on key performance indicators periodically through desk review and field visit for the validation of available information.
-          Conducted Process Monitoring as per approved SOPs, Assets Verification and Beneficiary Assessment as per approved tools of Community Infrastructure Schemes (CPI), Natural Resource Management Livelihood Schemes including Agriculture, Forestation, Horticulture and Livestock with the following achievements.
-          CPI Schemes: Monitored 76 CPI schemes with approved Layout, Design and Specification. The schemes included Street Pavement, Access Roads, Flood Protection Walls, Pedestrian Track, Drinking Water Supply Schemes. All these schemes implement and monitored in 51 community organizations and furnished reports.
-          Agriculture: Monitored wheat seed package distribution and maize seed package distribution as per approved tools and furnished reports. 
-          Forestation: Monitored forest plantation as per approved tools and report generated.
-          Horticulture: Monitored establishments of fruit orchards as per approved tools and report generated.
-          Livestock: Monitored honeybee package distributions, vaccination and deworming of Poultry Birds and big and small animals and distribution of backyard poultry as per approved tools and report generated.
-          Quick Win Schemes: Apart from above monitored installation of Solar Home Solution, distribution of fuel efficient stoves, distribution of sewing machines and distribution of solar lamps as per approved tools and report generated.
-          Establishment of Community Organization: Monitored establishment of Community Organization organized/established by Social Mobilization Partner (IP) as per approved tools
-          LMST and CMST Trainings: Monitored leadership management skill trainings and community mobilization skill trainings organized by Social Mobilization Partner for Community Organization Executive Body including President, General Secretary and Finance Secretary as per approved tools and generated reports.
-          Repots: Prepared quantitative and qualitative monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual and project completion reports and submitted to M&E Specialist of PMU.

DPC- RHIA Project (2011-13)
-          Establishment of AFCs (Safe Spaces): 18 Safe Spaces (Adolescent Friendly Centers) in 9 Community Based Organizations (CBOs) established.
-          Strengthening of AFCs: All AFCs strengthened with provision of signboards, whitewash, provision of furniture, computers, sewing machines, sports items,
-          Meeting/Sessions with Community Stakeholders: Meetings/sessions conducted with participation of male and female. The stakeholder included CBOs, HECs/ Advisory, Advocacy Group and Master Peer Groups, Religious Leaders, Parents, Teachers, Opinion/Political Leaders and local influential. The meetings/sessions focused on project implementation mechanism and information dissemination among general masses and advocacy for RH rights.
-          Capacity Building Trainings: Training conducted on strategic planning and experience sharing for CBOs members at district level.
Four trainings conducted for AFC managers and Peers on ASRH technical aspects at district level.
Two computer trainings conducted for AFC’s Managers at district level.
Two Capacity building and refresher training for health service providers on ASRH, Counseling, Management of STIs, referral mechanism and record keeping. The training attended by male disperser and LHVs & LHWs from project locations health outlets of Govt.
-          Electronic Media Level Interventions: Organized Eight FM-88 program during the project on Reproductive health.
Two programs conducted at FM-88 studio on ASRHR to sensitize and mobilize media. The activities attended by Religious Leader, Medical Officer (Doctors), Print Media, Adolescent and CBOs members from project operational area. The activities recorded and after editing the discussions on aired by FM-88 for general community awareness.
Two live talk shows of male and female conducted and participated by doctors, religious leaders and social activist invited and shared on ASRH in the light of religion, medical and social point of view. During the program calls received form community pertinent to ASRH medical, religion and social issues and responded accordingly.
Four programs conducted at field level in different project locations with participation of male & female adolescents, parents, teachers, religious leaders and CBOs members. The aim of programs is to reflect the views of target location community stakeholder pertinent to ASRH through RHIA project.
-          Experience Sharing Seminar: One experience sharing seminar conduct through involvement of all stakeholders i.e. Public/Private sector, community stakeholders, CBOs, CSO, Adolescents/Youth, Religious Leaders and Print & Electronic Media.
